I just found my diary that I used when I was 11-13.
It was filled with self hatred and sadness. 
 
 I've felt depressed for so long that it's all one big blur but I didn't realise that I was so devastated even back then. 
 
 I mentioned that hopefully it'll get better soon. 
 
 I am so sorry little girl but it's worse. 
 
 So much worse.
