My mom always gets onto me for staying up all night and sleeping into the afternoon. She thinks I'm just a lazy teenager. She doesn't know that I'm still afraid of the dark. I'm afraid because ever since I was little, ghosts have come to me at night. I know they're real because I find their obituaries and news stories on the internet.
