When I was 5 and my little brother was 3, my parents said it was okay to swim in our pool, even if they weren't home.
One day when we were home alone, we went swimming. 
 
He drowned. 
 
I always blame myself for not knowing what to do, even though I was young and it's been 13 years. 
 
I wonder if they blame me too.
