I lived with self-harm and suicidal thoughts for 3 years, until it got so bad I had to be hospitalised.
I lived in a mental health unit for nearly 2 months, and everyday would wake up and think to myself 'you can't do it'. 
 
I did it. 
 
I'm pathetic, weak and flawed and I did it. I did it, so you can too.
