In high school I started playing Pokemon again as a way to deal with Depression.
It kept my mind off everything that was going wrong and afterwards I always felt better. 
 
 Now in college, and fully recovered from Depression, my boyfriend and I play Pokemon as a way to relax. 
 
 It may be a waste of time, but it's FUN!
