I have synesthesia. It's a complicated condition, but I have a gender, colour, and a bit of a personality for every number. When I hear music, I can visualize 'shapes' and colours, and letters have colours too. I just looked it up, and apparently none of it is normal, but you know what? I'm happy. I finally have something that makes me unique.
