I stopped going to therapy. I said I was doing better. Now I'm sinking again and I can't tell anyone because they tell me I'm 'not trying hard enough' and that it's my fault. The loneliness is making it worse; I don't think I'll ever have anyone to love me enough to help me out of the dark.
