I used to have a horrible phobia against throwing up. The idea scared me to death. But I recently got sick, and I did threw up, and to my surprise that cured my fear... Then I realized that my fear was the only thing that kept me from trying throwing up to lose weight. Now I'm afraid of what I might do...
