Outside of my home, I'm not ashamed to tell people who I am.
I'm an atheist, I'm pansexual, I support gay-rights, I'm pro-choice. 
 
 I'm not ashamed of who I am. 
 
 But I haven't told my parents yet. 
 
 My mom told me how all she wants is a good Muslim daughter. 
 
 That's the only thing I can't be. 
 
 I cry because sometimes I want to be that. 
 
 But I won't change.
