When I go to sleep I sleep in shorts and then shirtless.
When people ask why I say it's because I get hot but the real reason is that it's the only way I wake up and feel good about my body. 
 
 I know it's weird but if I wake up fully clothed I feel so fat and insecure. 
 
 I feel beautiful when I wake up to a bare stomach and chest.
