When I was a kid, my dad would beat me with a pipe or a table leg almost every night for even the smallest of reasons.
I had no one to turn to, not even my mom. 
 
Now even as an adult, I find it hard to bond with society. I hated my father for it. 
 
Even though he apologized before,if I look at him eye to eye long enough, my hatred slowly comes back.
