You know what the worst part of this depression is? I have NO idea what caused it. No reason, no specifc events or trauma. I've only told 2 people about my depression and both of them told me I had nothing to feel depressed about and I should get over it. Well I guess that's my only option, and I won't burden anyone with it ever again.
