Secret Thursdays

Hey guys, it’s BJ and I’m here to give you guys some awesome news! Illustrated secrets are back and we hope that this time they’ll be better than ever. For those of you who might not remember illustrated secrets, here are a few examples of past submissions:

Here’s how it’ll work. You can grab ANY secret from the site to illustrate or you can use a secret of your very own. After you’ve completed your illustration you’ll send your submissions to secret@spartzmedia.com , but if you aren’t using your own secret be sure to link us to the original post so that we can give credit.

Then, every Thursday we will choose an illustration to be featured on the front page of SBS. If your submission isn’t chosen, don’t fret! We’ll be posting illustrated secrets EVERY Thursday from here on out.

So, let’s get those creative juices flowing, use your imagination and be sure to have your submissions in before next Thursday, October 4th! We look forward to seeing all of your great works of art!

We know that you have been waiting awhile for an app so we promise that this one is awesome. Our team worked very hard to create what we feel is the best app for our users. Make a Change with Taralynn!

After listening to your feedback we recently added a Get Help page to our site. Everything we do is in best interest of the SBS community.  

The Get Help page has a list of websites, hotlines, and Role Models.  

Taralynn McNitt is one of the two Role Models we have added to the site.

Taralynn took negative experiences in her life and used them as motivation to change her life around. Her healthy life transformation is inspiring to all. 

Taralynn now runs a blog, Undressed Skeleton,  that showcases her incredible journey to a healthy lifestyle as well as gives tips to help you make a healthy change.
